무료 어플에 대한 글을 쓰다 보니 이 블로그가 아이팟 터치 전문 블로그가 되는 것이 아닌가 걱정스럽기도 하다. 시사에 대한 글이 많지 않지만 이미 시사 블로그로 아는 분도 많다. 그런데 매일 매일 무료 어플에 대한 글을 올리면 무료 어플 블로그가 되지 않을까 싶기도 하다. 아무튼 오늘은 총 10개의 어플을 소개하겠다. 원래는 11개였는데 Skinny Camera라는 어플이 무료에서 유료로 바뀌었다.

SPACE ADVENTURES는 이름만 보면 딱 게임 어플이다. 그런데 분류는 Entertainment다. 게임과 Entertainment 사이의 격차가 크지 않기 때문에 분류는 큰 문제가 되지 않는다고 본다. 이 어플은 평상시 1불에 판매되는 어플로 이번주까지 무료로 제공된다. 설명을 보면 알 수 있지만 이 어플은 우주를 여행하는 스토리 북이다. 단순한 책이 아니기 때문에 책도 게임도 아닌 Entertainment로 분류된 것으로 보인다. 한가지 주의할 것은 이 어플을 설치한 뒤 아이팟 터치나 아이폰을 다시 시작해야 한다.

Lyric Genius도 게임이다. 어플의 이름이나 설명을 보면 알 수 있지만 노래 가사를 이용한 퀴즈 게임 어플이다. 평상시에는 1불, 이번 주 일요일까지 무료로 제공된다. Face Changing은 아이폰에서만 사용할 수 있는 어플이다. 어플에 대한 설명을 보면 알 수 있지만 중국의 변검을 아이폰 어플로 만든 것이다. 평상시 1불에 판매되며 제한된 시간 동안 무료로 제공된다.

A+ Written Mail Pro는 10월 20일까지 무료로 제공된다. 우리나라는 오늘이 21일이지만 미국 시간을 기준으로 한 것이므로 오후 4시 이전까지는 무료로 구입할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그림과 설명을 보면 알 수 있지만 손으로 직접 쓴 메일을 보낼 수 있는 어플이다. 또 사용해 보면 알 수 있지만 다른 사람에게 특별한 메일을 보낼 때 꽤 유용한 어플이다.

PassionMeter는 꽤 재미있는 어플이다. 아마 사귀는 사람이 있다면 상당히 유용한 어플로 보인다. 일단 나와 상대의 나이, 별자리와 이름의 글자수를 설정한다. 그리고 두 사람이 화면을 터치하면 두 사람의 열애도를 표시해 준다. 물론 현재의 열애도라기 보다는 태생적인 열애도이니 처음 소개팅 나가는 자리에서 써 먹으면 상당히 유용할 것 같다. 평상시 1불로 제한된 시간 동안 무료로 제공된다.

Sparkz는 예전에 오락실에서 많이 하던 땅따먹기 게임인 Qix와 비슷한 게임 어플이다. 평상시 1불 며칠 동안 무료로 제공된다. Before and After는 아이폰용 어플로 두개의 사진을 비교해 주는 어플이다. 평상시 1불에 판매되며, 제한된 시간 동안 무료로 제공된다. Boozey Slots는 슬롯머신 어플이다. 따로 설명할 부분은 없으며 평상시 1불, 할로윈까지 무료로 제공된다. 다만 슬롯머신에 사용되는 아이콘은 상당히 깔끔하다.

Potpourri는 간단한 음악 재생 어플이다. 평상시 1불에 판매되며 제한된 시간 동안 무료로 제공된다. SwitchWith는 가입을 해야 사용할 수 있는 어플이다. 가입할 때 입력해야 하는 내용이 많아 굳이 내려받을 필요는 없을 듯하다. 평상시 1불에 판매되는 어플로 제한된 시간 동안 무료로 제공된다.
