It's quite difficult to live in Korea.
I've been staying in the US for two years.

Walmart has the policy to compensate the lowest price for the same product.
If you want to buy something and the price is lower in different store, then all you have to do is to tell the lower price to the cashier.
Then the cashier will apply the lower price for the product.
(I heard some cashiers request the leaflet but not to me.)
It's quite convenient for us.

I feel that the basic system is quite terrible in Korea.
I'm also considering to stay here for a while due to the Horrible President.

외국의 사례를 흉내내는 것인데 실제 정책을 본받는 것이 아니라 항상 흉내만 내기 때문에 문제인 것 같습니다. 다만 이런 정책이 내국인에게는 잘 통하는 듯 국내에서 월마트는 철수했습니다.
